Peppered Cheddar Dip |
1 1/2 cups sour cream 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (approx. 4 ounces) 1/4 cup finely chopped onion |
3 tablespoons minced green pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon tabasco 1 tablespoon milk |
Mix all ingredients. If necessary, add another tablespoon milk to make a good dipping consistency. Cover, refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 2 cups |
