1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
1 can ( 8 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 cup Heinz 57 sauce
1/4 cup honey melted butter or margarine

Honey- N- Spice Chicken Kabobs
In small saucepan. blanch green pepper in boiling water 1 minute, drain. Cut each chicken breast half into 4 pieces. Alternately thread chicken, green peppers and pineapple onto skewers. In small bowl, combine 57 sauce and honey, brush kabobs with butter, then 57 sauce mixture. Broil about  6 inches from heat source. 12- 14 minutes, or until chicken is cooked , turning
and brushing with 57 mixture
once.
