| French Cocktail Sauce |
| 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon horseradish 1/4 cup ketchup Juice of 1/2 lemon Few drops of Worcestershire sauce |
| Mix all the ingredients, except the cream together and chill. At serving time fold in the whipped cream, and serve. |
| 1 to 2 tablespoons brandy salt to taste freshly ground black pepper (to taste) 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped |
