2 broiler- fryer chickens, cut up skinned. (2 1/2-3 pounds each)
1 1/4 cups of mayo or salad dressing
2 cups corn flake crumbs
1 cup (4 ounces) Grated parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Crispy Chicken Parmesan
Heat oven to 350 F
Brush chicken with salad dressing.
Mix crumbs, cheese and pepper, coat chicken.
Place on rack of broiler pan.
Bake 1 hour or until tender
