Wonnenberg's (Chestnut)

Chestnut is my new brood doe. She's a solid chestnut agouti. She's out of Wonnenberg's Oscar and Wonnonberg's Ginger. She was born 02/27/98.

	She got a septic infection. The kits were dead inside of her. She was being poisoned by the toxins from the kits decomposing...I had her put down, it was either that or a C section, and the vet said it was unlikely she'd survive. Plus, it cost $400-$600, which I didn't have, I only had $130, and that was my entire life's savings. The vet said it wasn't caused by anything I had done, he gave me a whole lists of reasons it could have happened. I just broke down, it was so horrible. So I said goodbye and she was put to sleep, and was later cremated.
