This official letter from Lasoberana is not in the first place meant as a request for reckognition, but far more to mutually re-know each other, knowing that the essential point of the future of mankind will not be purely borne by organisations, but by individuals, and by the alliance of world harmony.
The improvement of the quality of life, communication, a patrimony of the whole humanity.
