The four solutions proposed by Secretary
General Kofi Annan - 2002
The first proposal is the continuation
of the convenient signed by both parties in 1991 concerning the referendum
of autodetermination of the Saharaouis.
The second solution is the autonomy of
the territory integrated in Marocco, solution which is defended by Rabat,
but totally declined by the Frente Polisario.
The third solution - which is a
new approach - consists in deviding the territory of Western Sahara, solution
which is not declined by the Polisario as long as the Referendum is being
hold, but declined by Marocco.
The fourth solution consists in giving
up the mission of the United Nations
