Silvia Stroescu's Biography

Silvia Stroescu was born on May 8, 1985 & is another up & coming star for Romania. She made her international debut on the national team in 1998 at the Top Gym meet...but in 1999 she only competed once, at nationals. But 2000 was really where she began to shine. She competed in many events, placing quite well in all of them. The highlight, & where she really began to make a name for herself, was at the 2000 Junior Europeans, where she placed 2nd. AA & took several other medals home too. She definetly marked herself as "one to watch" in the future!
