As a young man "Bill" worked on his father's farm at Guildford in Victoria, Australia, however he did not like working on the land. He found employment with the Victorian Railways, where he continued to work until he retired.On the 11th. January 1893 he married Annie Cordella Doble at the Christ Church in Castlemaine, Victoria, Australia. Annie was the daughter of James Doble & Harriet Fare, she was one of a set of twins, born 4th. June 1865 at Porcupine, Victoria Australia. She died 31-August-1940 in Preston, aged 75 years.

[Firmin & Susan Cook of Garton St. Port Melbourne, Victoria].Ferdinard became a Tailor, perhaps it was his grandmother who taught him as she was a Tailoress, as was her 1st. husband John W. Cooper. Ferdinard H. Franzi married Margery Ann Clemence Edwards on 13th. December 1886 in Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia. Margery was the daughter of Thomas Edwards & Jane Trezise Clemence. She was born on 29-February-1864 in Ballarat, Victoria. She died 7-February-1933 in Thornbury, Victoria, aged 69 years.

At the age of 15 years Louisa Angelina Franzi was given a "Birthday Book" in which she wrote the birthdays of a great many of her relatives over a period of 70 years. Louisa married Ernest Harold Clarey on the 12th. Sept. 1894 at Guildford, Victoria. In 1933 Louisa & Ernest were living at 69 Mason St. Hawthorn, Victoria. At the time of her death Louisa was a widow living at 12 Brook St. Northcote. Her husband Ernest Harold Clarey was born 17th. September 1867 at Strangways, Victoria. His parents were William Clarey & Harriett King. Ernest died aged 65 years in Fitzroy on 3rd. October 1932.

Francesco's death certificate tells the sad story of his last month of life. The baby was suffering from Diarrhoea, greatly worried his mother travelled down from Guildford to the city where she sort out assistance from her mother & sister. Francesco failed to get better, he died at his mother's sister's home at Thristlewaite St. Emerald Hill. He was buried in Melbourne Cemetery.born. 7-March-1871, Guildford, Victoria, Aust.

Giuseppi Franzi married his step-sister Miss Margaret Jane McAdie in Guildford, Victoria. In 1903 the couple were living at Ballarat Rd. Guildford. Giuseppi Franzi died in a Car Accident died aged 66 years, he was returning with his wife, from a visit to their son Clifford Jeeves Franzi's home in Ararat. Margaret lived another 7 years, she died aged 72 years on 1st. Sept. 1944 in Newport, Victoria.

Alfred Franzi was the tenth of Giuseppi Franzi & Mary Ann Jeaves Cooper. He was born at the family's farm in Guildford, it was a difficult birth. His mother failed to recover she died just three days later. Alfred was raised by his stepmother Ann Franzi nee McKenzie. Alfred married Edith Susan Machell on the 3rd. September 1909 in Victoria. Edith was the daughter of Enoch Machell & Maryann Young, she was born on the 23rd. July 1886 Collingwood. She died in a private Hospital in Ormond, Victoria, aged 77 years. Prior to their deaths they lived at 4 Anne St. McKinnon, Vic.
