Now, you might ask, "Who the hell are these so called Cccom Fighter's?" If you'll ask me, they're the coolest and funniest people in the comic world *lol* How can you blame me? I actually laugh my heart out whenever I read CC, especially in Issue 5.5. They already have they're own "autobiography" in Issue 1 so I won't include anything written in that issue. More or less you have the copy already if not, I suggest that you BUY IT! But nowadays the first issue isn't available anymore, but they've come up with a graphic novel compilation of the first 3 issues. You can still get a hold of that. There are pages that has "inside stuff" about them.

So their descriptions in this page will be my own composition based on how I've seen them. Yeah dude! I SAW THEM :) (Well some of you might have seen them already...) Although now that there are mor members there are 2 new members that I haven't seen or talked to (no, make it 3 since I haven't seen evil dhex).

Culture Crash started with only 4 staff members namely, Jio, Memer, Taga-ilog and James. Evil Dhex joined them after a few issues. Now Jio's inactive because of his new job. But now,Taga-Kanal, JonZam, Evil Groobs, Mark Navarro and Ryan Orosco are part of the CC Team.

So, witout further ado, I present to you the staff members of Culture Crash!

Jescie James L. Palabay a.k.a "Da Bhoss"

Editor and story writer of "One Day Isang Diwa"

He is chubby and "chinito" in Filipino. He is also the chibi guy with a big red cap, red short sleeved "jacket"(?) and blue jeans. His humor does not reflect only in his written work but also in his very person. (Well actually, ALL of them have good sense of humor:) He may not be one of the cartoonist in the group but he is still the busiest for he's in charge in almost all the business side of CC. Imagine the CEO, Accountant, Marketing Manager, Human resource Manager, Delivery Person etc... etc... rolled into one.

Elmer A. Damaso a.k.a I.Q. 40; Memer

Story writer and artist of "Cat's Trail"

Being the artist with two titles to be drawn, one can say that he is an extraordinary person. He's the chibi in a ninja suit with a blue pencil for a weapon. In person, he's got straight hair as in JUN and BUTLER kind of hair. He has a sunny smile that puts you at ease and jokes that never fail to make you laugh. Actually find his pencil/pen strokes light and very smooth. He's considered to be the best among them.

Taga-ilog a.k.a. Taga-ilog

Story writer and artist of "Pasig", Co-creator of Kuborikikiam

In the first issue, it says, "Little is known about this fighter..." Well, I'm telling you, little will really be known about him if he continues to turn his back whenever pictures are taken and puts a pail on his head in his picture where he "exposed" his rarely seen face. My friend however, has a picture of him without a bucket and his face infront of the camera! (YEHEEY!!) Well for the benefit of those who haven't seen him or to those who have seen him but did not realize that he is Taga-ilog, here's how he looks like. He has short, curly hair and round eyes. He has a low tone of voice. So in the next anime convention and the CC team is there you'll know who he is. :) His drawing style is my favorite because he's quick (judging from the sketch he gave me) and his stokes are dark and hard. The effect his style creates apeals to me very much.

Jerard Dominic Irving F. Beltran a.k.a Jio

Story writer and artist of "Solstice Butterfly"

Jio's also a funny person, and (no offense to the other members but...) he's so damn good looking!! He actually looks like Ryan Agoncillo. Like Memer, he has a cheerful smile.

His strokes are smooth and light like Memer's but it looks like he's fond of drawing mechas. He drew me a cute chibi type Raya with her chibi solstice. It was soooooo cute!

Dexter Lira a.k.a "Evil Dhex"

CC colorist

I haven't actually met him in person, neither did my friends. He wasn't part of the group yet when we interviewed them and when my friends went to CC just recently. All I say is, the other guys probably won't hire anyone who is not competent enough to be part of CC right? I guess he's got the talent to prove himself worthy to be part of them. You can check out his coloring work in Issue 5.5 and 6.

Robby a.k.a evil Groobs

CC colorist

During the 2 times that I saw him in the CC office, he was always this quiet guy in the corner. But he's really nice. ^_^ He drew that nice pic for me whan I asked him for one and he even smiled. He also made the flash intro in the official CCCom website ( http://www.culturecrash.com ).

Michael David a.k.a Taga-Kanal

Co-creator of Kubori Kikiam

If ever you meet this guy, he will never fail to make you laugh with his jokes and "hirits". He's got this funny way of looking at things. even my clubmates like him. He's also the webmaster of www.kuborikikiam.com .

Jon Felix Zamar a.k.a JonZam/UltraJon

Overall Flat Colorist and Layout Artist

"Kuya Jon" or simply "Jon" as we call him in the mailing list (MTnCC). We, at the ML are very proud of him! Aside from his interest in comics, he also likes ULTRAMAN so much. He looks like "Fujiyama" daw (well similar LoLz). He also has his own indie, "Minsan Ako'y Nanaginip" and he maintains its website at http://www.minsan.tk

So, here I end my own description of these talented guys. I just hope they continue to be the hardworking and pleasant people that they are. I also hope that they keep their heads on their shoulders and always thank God for whatever success they are having right now.
