First off, we want to show the world how disgusting, and yes, disturbed our, and indeed your, children are. All too often childrens disturbing behaviour is ignored, or just written off as foolish youthful ignorance. But the truth of the matter is, not only are they disgusting and disturbed, but they enjoy being disgusting and disturbed. These children, our very same children, are thinking, and in some cases, viewing, the most obscene material. In theory this could be overlooked, for viewing it causes no harm. But what cannot be overlooked is the true crime, which is that they enjoy it. There is indeed a great leap into evil made when ones twisted little mind derives pleasure for what should shock, sicken and morally scar others. It is here, in their mind, a place that they can let brew these evil thoughts, in a depraved sanctuary of muck and sludge. But now, thanks to P.O.R.C. and several other associations, their minds are no longer safe from our prodding and eavesdropping.

The second objective of P.O.R.C. is to provide people with an alternative to this. It is in this second point that P.O.R.C. justifies itself, and its ends. P.O.R.C. has a mission, and the mission is good.

The P.O.R.C. Magazine website features the highly coveted award, "The 123 Best Non-Porn Sites of the Web". The purpose of the award is to give a helping hand to those web designers who have seen fit to disregard the lucrative internet porn industry, and to supply web surfers with an alternative to pornography, no matter how purposeless and fiscally damaging it may be. Just because most of the internet surfers got internet access because of the porn doesn't mean that we have to supply them with their wishes. We can stand up and say, "In this free country/global community we have the right to attempt, however much in vain, to distract people from what they want." The 123 Best Non-Porn Sites of The Web award is trying to do just that!
