Dear Jinx,

  This is, as you may know, the third email send by me to you, and as they say, third times a winner.  But this one here, is a bit different then the others, so I’ll keep the long, winding messaged down, since others have to read this letter in full too.  It’s not 

  This letter isn’t from me, it’s from the users, who have all agreed to send it, and agree with the message as a whole, while changing any parts they may personally may not agree with.  We, in this case, mean myself, as Ozzy_98,  SirNotApearingOnThisForum, Hexed, Theoldsausege,  Family_guy, demon_bagpuss,  Blueinferno, John Holmes (The member, not THAT john, WITH the well-known member), NaNO2x, intimidat0r, Absence_Of_Light, Stop_Making_Sense, Raniken, TalonPrime, Xilan,  minihacker316, sethiroth66, the_damned_uae, HÅ££Å, PinkPolarTurkey, Bliss and pnemeth.  While the group may not be all that big (Currently 24 members), we are many of the most active.  Long standing, well known members who left (Bliss for example), people who have been in the forums for ages (HÅ££Å for example), people well known for their knowledge (SirNotApearingOnThisForum and Hexed), and even trouble makers (w00t me!).   We ARE the members of jinx.  We’ve stuck with the forums for years, and have contributed almost 20,000 posts in it.  And this group, was brought together in 24 hours notice.  Given more time, we could, with ease, gather more.  When asked, not one single person turned down this offer.

  So this doesn‘t seem like any sort of threat or ultimatum, we are not demanding anything, we all still love the forums, else we wouldn’t be writing this?  We do not, however, like the treatment we have received.  Sausage, for example, corrected dualD, only to have dualD delete his post, and edit his own.  SirNot had his only sections locked out, because of what? Trouble makers who only started because of noob32’s post?  I’ve had people flame me, not on their own, but because of posts such as “Cobretti this is the time to chew him out”.   While each member of our group has different thoughts on what they think about the mods, we are not asking, in any way, shape or form, for their removal.  We are not saying they do not help the forums.  I (Ozzy) have even counted them as friends, and no matter what they think, I hold nothing against them.  I can’t even say I dislike them, even if I am called a “fucking cert whore”, for picking up what is almost required for my work and maintain partnership status with the companies giving said certifications.  

What we do want, is respect.   When dualD posted "The most unfortunate part for us is that he has support of all the dick sucking noobs of this forum.", Xilan summed up our thoughts best: ‘I may be a noob but i do not suck dick and I’m serious about my pursuit of knowledge. If I wasn't then I would be another fucking noob asking how to hack my school. No’ I’m not. I’m trying to get actual certification in the field to further the knowledge i have. It’s a side of duald i have never seen which saddens me because like i said, I "use" to have respect for him’

  This is the treatment we receive, as I told you in the last two emails.  We see posts like ‘already let J!NX know that we might have to lock out his account. And when I told him that by the way... He started laughing, saying, "oh yeah... I know the one you're talking about, I've been getting his E-Mails bashing you guys in for doing what I want you to be doing." ‘.  This isn’t listening to what we ask, or if it is, we sure can not see it.  So this is more of a final asking.  We just want you, or a mod, or someone, to listen.

  The core group of moderators are chosen by the people who think alike.  Sak picked dualD, and then they added crooskey, and noob, and soon, marion,  These are forming a little group, who sit and pass judgment, and make fun of people they THINK can not read what they say.  Rather then make a long long long list of the reasons why we don’t like how we’re treating, why don’t you ask us? We are not asking for the mods to open up the forms, or to resign, or anything like that.  Open a section, or make a new one, and you, you personally, why don’t you ask us, the members, what we think? I know dualD tells you I have the support of just “all the dick sucking noobs of this forum”, but we are the members, all of them.  Please, just listen to us.  As Bliss told you, “and should you decide not to make ANY changes, you'll lose community members as well as customers, and will continue to do so”.  You have said before that you think there will always be trouble makers.  Well, we, the trouble makers, are now asking you for help, a sign, just some bit of bread (Or just send us free shirts w00t)  We just want some sort of balance in the forums, not an us vs them.  We’re sick of being set up by mods who say something to get to us, then backing off till the pot boils over.  As dualD said about me personally, “Bottom line, I think he has a small dick and feels that being a big kid on the block in his twenties in a neighborhood of 14 or 15 year olds makes him a big man. I'm here for another reason. “  Not only does it show us what he thinks about me personally, it shows what he thinks about the members of the forum.  We are all viewed as kids, and treated like them, but we are not.  We’re programmers, we’re consultants, we’re students, we’re unemployed.  We like windows, we like linux, we even kinda like apple (But that’s more of our feminine side).  We’ve used c64’s, Apple IIes,  AIX machines, SPARC machines, we hate as/400 boxes, and we’ve used HP/UX.  We can configure Apache, and we can configure IIS, and we can tell you advantages and disadvantages.  We are all the members of jinx, and we, as a whole, are not happy with the forums.  And we also know that that bit as hokey as hell.
