Adventures in Ozzyland, part 1: Teh Room of dead consoles and stuff
Well, I had my gf’s digital camera, and some free time (Way too much freetime today), not very much this weekend :( ) so I decided to explore teh room of doom... aka that room on the second floor where the shelf fell over due to weight and so I just toss all my extra stuff in it till I clean out a space in other rooms for it.

I was just going to grab 5 games, and take a pic, and show them. I was probely going to pic Ys IV snes, Neutopia on PCE, my orange copy of Zelda (Couldn’t find it, so I used a gray cart, still more rare then the gold ones) but since I had a bunch of other stuff there, I got a little camera happy. Also included, white men can’t jump, for the jaguar. It’s not a GOOD game, but it’s so stupid it’s cool to have. Lunar Silver Star Story, a game that set me back $80 new, the ORIGINAL Phantasy Star, for Sega Master System, Keith Curage in Alpha Zones, Punch Out on nes, Glaxians on 2600, Cosmic Fantasy 2 on TG-16 CD-ROM (A nice RPG, great cinameas, if you get the making of Lunar, you see some shots of the videos in game), Beyond Shadowgate manual (Can’t find the disk, and it retails for about $150 on ebay now, so I better freaking find it) a teleboxed manual for virtual boy (POS game), Williams Arcade Classics for Game.com (Was there any system this wasn’t on?!?!) and a c-64 disk drive, model 2, that seems to be stuck with something nasty to this plastic shelf... And can’t forget shadow dancer! Props to anyone who knows that series that’s from.

This has some of the more odd-ball items, since I put them near the bottom of this box. Breath of Fire for snes, great game, there’s a Mortal Kombat Trilogy cart up there for n64, the main reason I bought a n64. Rampage on NES, damn I used to play that game a lot. Never liked it too well, you need 2 people, but still, I played it a lot as a kid. There’s 3 other nes carts there, the great Bible Adventures by Wisdom Tree, a game where you get to throw baby Moses into a river and watch him float away. Womp ‘em, a mega man clone.. with Indians! Also included, castlevania on GBA, Donkey Kong on 2600, Mortal Kombat and Miss Pac-Man for Game Gear, Strider for Sega Master System, a bootleg Nes cart that I forget the name, Arc the Lad on PSX (Another $80 new game), Big-Nose the cade man next to the GG carts, Magic Darts NIB (Love this game), and Street Fighter 2, for game boy.
A few neat items in this, Ninja Golf, for Atari 7800. Think about it... Ninjas... Golf... how can this not be fucking cool?!
Final Fantasy 3, Famicom. Not that FF VI released on snes as 3, I mean the REAL FF3.
On the Magic Darts box, next to miss pac-man, there’s Fighters Magamix for Game.com. Completely unplayable game.
Sonic Fury, an Action Max game. These were all light gun games, you player through your vcr. That’s why the game looks like a VHS tabe. It is.
Some c-64 program on audio tape. Hell if I remember wtf it was.
A jaguar game, looks like that snow boarding game. The snow boarding minigame in FF7 was better. That should tell you how bad this game is. To make things worse, this was by far, one of the top 5 games on the jag.
Forgotten Realms Silver Archive. A collection of AD&D “gold box” games for the pc, damn I love these games.
And a pair of panties. Collecting these things is by far the best game, evar! New meaning to the term score...

This is what happens when you overload cheap-ass shelfs... There’s a u-force box, power pad, ANOTHER neutopia cart (That’s NOT the same one as before, ANOTHER williams arcade classics, again, not the same as before, that black carted nes (That WAS in another pic, I just dropped it...) a DOA book, some AD&D stuff including maps to Undermountian and some rare Dark Sun stuff, a el-cheapo computer case, a chair that got attacked by said shelf, a Final Fantasy 1 nes cart under the DOA 3 book, and the original style Game.Com under my nes cart on the computer case. And next to the case, beside the blizzard manual (Star craft?) it looks like some sega cd game.

The walk-in closet of DEATH! There’s an original C64 there (I actually have, get this, 16 c64s here. That's even more then the 9 nes’s I got stashed all over) And in the far corner there’s a c64 SX-64, the c64 “luggable” computer. THAT is what laptops used to look like. And there’s a PSOne and Gen 1 box there too

Found my c64 tape drive, White Man Can’t Jump box (Didn’t I just see the manual for that...) a jag snowboarding box (How come the game in this box, and also in pic 2? I sure hope I don’t own two of these piles of crap...) A final fantasy 3 box, a smashed Zelda n64 box, looks like a map to the Forgotten Realms, a tiny part of my action max under the c64, and looks like Turok 2 box under jeopardy.

This box is actually a LOT deeper then this pic shows. Not sure wtf is all in it. Mostly snes stuff, and at least on Super Famicom cart (You can tell by the top, it looks like a snes game, but the connections on top are funny, and it’s rounded.) And there’s Final Fantasy 3, and there’s also one in that other box. And get this, I also have at least 1 other one of these here. And only 1 has a working battery inside. :(
