The Nobes Australian Bulldog breeding programme was begun to try to create a unique, functional dog immediately recognizable as a bulldog with excellent people friendly temperament without the well known health problems of the present day British Bulldog.

Simply put, by judicious cross breeding, we are trying to remove the exaggerations of the British Bulldog which lead to health problems such as breeding difficulties, breathing problems, skin problems etc. by lengthening the nose, broadening the hips, reducing chest size and
amount of facial wrinkles while retaining a 'bulldog' face, an affectionate 'full on' personality, and still giving an impression of strength with good musculature.

Hi, my name is Bronson. My kennel name is AllBull General Bronson and I am an Australian Bulldog.

My mum and Dad had me flown in from Queensland (not that I remember much of it) and now I live in comfort here in South Australia.

I have stolen my Mum and Dad's heart to the extent that they are looking to get me my own girlfriend plus more......so stay tuned.

It wont' happen overnight, but it will happen.

I am my Mum's constant companion and my favourite thing to do, is to beat up the cat.    ( He gets a few in, but keep that to yourself....we Bullies have a reputation to live up to.)

THE MANY USES OF THE AUSTRALIAN BULLDOG

1 : WATCH DOG.
You can watch them all day, they don't mind.
2 : PET.
They will take all the petting that you are prepared to give them.
3 : COMPANION.
If you are nice to them they will let you be their companion.
4 : GUARD DOG.
Be on your guard or they will steal your heart.
5 : BED WARMER.
They don't mind if you share their bed ( a double bed with a firm mattress is preferred ).
6 : GARBAGE DISPOSAL.
Their preference in food is whatever you are eating ( but they don't mind table scraps ).
7 : GARDENER.
If you don't put plants in the right spot they will move them for you.
8 : RUNNING PARTNER.
The more exercise you give them the happier and healthier they are.
9 : CHILD MINDER.
They can keep the children entertained for hours.
10 : INTRODUCTION AGENT.
It is amazing how many people stop and talk when you are out walking.
11 : FRIEND.
You will never find one more loyal, ( they never tell secrets you share with them ).
12 : SEDATIVE.
They can teach you a thing or two about relaxing.

How Dogs Are Better Than Men

Dogs do not have problems expressing affection in public.

Dogs miss you when you're gone.

Dogs feel guilty when they've done something wrong.

Dogs admit when they're jealous.

Dogs are very direct about wanting to go out.

Dogs do not play games with you-except fetch (and they never laugh at how you throw.)

You can train a dog.

Dogs are easy to buy for.

Dogs understand what "no" means.

Dogs mean it when they kiss you.

Why A Dog Is Better Than A Woman

A dog's parents will never visit you.

A dog loves you when you leave your clothes on the floor.

A dog limits its time in the bathroom to a quick drink.

A dog never expects you to telephone.

A dog will not get mad at you if you forget its birthday.

A dog does not care about the previous dogs in your life.

A dog does not get mad at you if you pet another dog

A dog never expects flowers on Valentine's Day.

Dog Rules                                                          

1.   The dog is not allowed in the house.

2.   Okay, the dog is allowed in the house, but only in certain rooms.

3.   The dog is allowed in all rooms, but has to stay off the furniture.

4.   The dog can get on the old furniture only.

5.   Fine, the dog is allowed on all the furniture, but is not allowed to sleep with the humans on the  bed.

6.   Okay, the dog is allowed on the bed, but only by invitation.

7.   The dog can sleep on the bed whenever he wants, but not under the covers.

8.   The dog can sleep under the covers by invitation only

9.   The dog can sleep under the covers every night.
