Blast from the past or Magnavox revenge.

This is my experiment with all open baffle speakers. They turned out wonderfuly. Amazing clarity. Everybody who comes to the house wants to hear them, and everybody is amazed. Such dynamic and crystal clear natural sound. They consis of four 15" magnavox woofers total, crossed with 5.5 mH inductor, four Magnavox 12" and 10" midranges total, crossed with 150 uF bipolar capacitor bypased with small mylar capacitor, and one Magnavox horn tweeter per side crossed over with 2.5 uF mylar. So they actuly are not completely open baffle, since there is no tweeter radiating back. I have no idea about efficiency, but trust me, must be over 100 dB. They are powered with fully restored Magnavox push/pull amp. Future plan is to biamp it.  I can finaly enjoy Orrf's Carmina Burana or Verdi's Requiem on the concert like scale I once experienced live.  Spectacular!
