The Cheapeake and Ohio ran "The Sportsman", "The George Washington", and "The F.F.V.". They provided service from Washington, D.C. and NewPort News, Virginia to Cincinnati and Louisville with through service to Chicago and to St. Louis.
"The Sportsman" had sleepers from Newport News to Detroit, Richmond to Chicago via Toledo, Clifton Forge and White Sulpher Springs to Cleveland, Charlottesville to Cincinnati. A dining car serving all meals, and Imperial Salon cars for coach passengers to all points.
"The George Washington" had sleepers from Washington to Chicago, Washington to Louisville, New York to Louisville, Newport News to Chicago, Newport News to St. Louis, Newport News to Cincinnati. Dining car serving all meals. Streamlined coaches from Washington to Cincinnati and Louisville, Ashland to Louisville. An Imperial Salon coach from Newport News to Cincinnati.
"The F.F. V." had sleepers from New York to Ashland, New York to Huntington, New York to Hot Springs, New York to White Sulpher Springs, Washington to Louisville, Newport News to Richmond and Chicago. A Buffet Lounge car Ashland to Louisville. Dining cars serving all meals, Imperial Salon cars for coach passengers and a through coach from New York to Ashland.
The "Pere Marquettes" ran from Grand Rapids, Mich., to Chicago with coaches, tavern diners and Sleepers on night trians.
Service was also offered from Detroit to Grand Rapids with coaches and tavern cars.
Several other mixed and local trains were offered throughout the system.
