When I am gone I hope when I am gone, people will see that my intentions and relationships have been built in a manner to show that the world is not a place, so much as a vastness of the soul. Love is truly at the root of life, it is what sets us apart from so much in the world, and what should make us aspire to a better way of life. Love is the nourishment of our heart and soul, it inspires our artists, our mothers, our fathers, our friends, our fellow man. The soul is nothing more than love, limitless, endless, it is all that moves us toward knowing what is true and what is real. I once thought that love was supposed to be nothing but carefree bliss, but I know that is not true. Love is worry, grief, hope, trust, pleasure, pain, peace, anger, joy, fear, acceptance, and so many other emotions. Love is caring for someone; that you accept them for their flaws and imperfections, it is not judging them, but treasuring them. Belief in the supernatural, is nothing more than a belief that love never dies.. it is ongoing, eternal, unstoppable. If people we love die, then they are lost only to our ordinary senses. If we remember, we can find them anytime, anywhere. We can feel the touch of their body when they hug you, you can hear their laugh or whispered secrets, you can see the twinkle in their eye and the smile on their face. The person who has forgotten how to truly love, has truly stopped living. So long as we can love, our hearts will go on, our souls eternal, our memories long, no one forgotten or ever truly gone. 1
