Leader of the second largest Brazilian cartel and the arch rival of Fernandino Beira Mar. Celhinso's operation received a boost when Fernandinho was arrested in Columbia during the summer of 2001. Celhinso was so thrilled by the capture of his enemy that he paid for a lavish festival reminiscent of the fire works festivals thrown by imprisoned Gambino godfather John Gotti. All told, Celsinho's celebration cost a reported $7,000. |
