"I actually go to the gym. I enjoy going because I'm dealing with so many emotions on the show. I go and work off all that pent-up anxiety, and, in the process, it works off the calories, too. I love starting with about 30-45 minutes of cardio, either on the treadmil or on the (stationary) bike. And then I do a lot of abs as well. "I try to eat as healthy as I can. And, thank God, I don't like candy. I am so lucky that I do not have a sweet tooth. If anything, I'll go the big, sweet carb route in the morning with something like pancakes or waffles. But other than that, I'm fine. Just try to eat light and healthy, and I love fruit. My family is very healthy and slim, so that's in my genes."
