Ollie
Step 1.
Start out by putting your front foot right directly in
the middle of the board.
Step 2.
Put your back foot exactly parallel to your front on the
middle of the tail.
Step 3.
When you first try this trick stand still, and put your
back wheel in a pavement crack so your board won't move,
or you can roll at a slow to moderate speed.
Step 4.
Push down with your back foot, make sure you hear the
tail hit the ground, as soon as it does, try to jump with
the board as high as you can get it, when you're in the
air push foward about a couple of inches with your front
foot (not to much), this will level out the board in the
air.
Step 5.
Try to land so both your feet are covering the bolts,
right over the trucks, this will help prevent cracks in
your board (that's really helpful when you ollie gaps and
stairs).
