Step #1: Pricing

Heres a table of prices for things you can order from Nephyr (N/A means I don't offer that service)(Please note that my 11x15 paper is watercolor!):

Website Design
Website creation (including graphics and HTML) is $4.00 an hour for a personal site.
For CGI-intensive or Java-intensive sites I ask for $6.00 an hour for a personal site.
I am not doing commercial sites yet, but if you feel you NEED my service, please contact me.


* signifies that I own only 12 colored prismas and if you request more for your image I'll charge $4.00 for every new color I buy from the store, and $6.00 for every one I order from online. If you want to ask for a specific marker to be used, go here for colors.


Step #2: What will Happen

If you're really serious on commissioning something from Nephyr, then here's what will happen. When you order, you'll fill out the form at the bottom of the page. This will contain everything from payment preference to description of what you're ordering.
  • Once I receive this form from you I'll send you an e-mail. We'll discuss how much it will cost, the appearance/mood/etc. of the picture, and/or how long it will take to be completed (among other things).
  • When we have that settled, and have a set price (unless you ask for web-site design the price will not change throughout the whole process), I'll begin your piece.
  • After the ordered picture is complete, I'll notify you to send the payment in the form we discussed. I'll also send you a finished preview of the finished piece (with a large copyright symbol on it), that way you know I've kept up my end of the bargain.
  • When I receive the payment, and made sure it is legitimate, I'll send you the finished picture via US mail, as well as a computer-uploaded version from e-mail. (US Mail charges will be discussed by e-mail). If you requested a computer colored image I'll send it to you through e-mail. There will be a small copyright logo on it, PLEASE leave that there as it shows who made the piece and prevents theft. Also, if you display the art online, please link back to me so othersmight order from Nephyr as well.
  • IF YOU WANT A HARD COPY of computer colored works, it will cost an additional $3.00 for a floppy of your image (includes shipping and handling).
  • If I request you to write a review on our transaction, or request to post your artwork on Nephyr, please answer honestly.


Step #3: Terms of Service

  1. I have a right to refuse service to anyone, regardless of past experience.
  2. All payments are final, and there will be no refunds. (Except on certain occasions, which have not arrisen yet)
  3. If the orderer does not like the finished product, they may request SOME things be changed, but the piece will not be redone.
  4. I have a right to post the orderers piece on Nephyr if I see fit, but will not seek to earn money from an orderer's piece elsewhere.
  5. If orderer has not sent money, and dislikes the preview of the piece, they have the right to cancel the transaction. I have the right to do the same if money has not been sent.
  6. I have a right to refuse and report anyone seeking to receive illegal material from me.


Step #3.5: Payment

Payment is in CERTIFIED personal checks and money orders only. Thanks for your understanding.
