Capriquine Seas

As you walk past the feilds you see a cliff up ahead, and once you reach it you gasp. Down below are pristine waves and warm sands, you havve finally reached the beach! The path leads down onto the sand, so you follow and wondering what you'll find here.

After a bit of a rest you get up and look around. But something purple draws your attention to the waters. It dissapears quickly, so you venture out to see what it is. You journey into the waves as far as you can go before the water reaches above your head. You look around for sea shells or other peices of coral under your feet. A fish occasionally swims by and tickles your legs, and sometimes you hit a spot of wet algae and slip into the water. The water is surprisingly warm and it glitters in front of your eyes; you take a step, but suddenly there is no rock to stand on, and you go under.

You open your eyes again, and see you are in a cave of some sort, water trickles around you, you look around and gape. You are underwater!! The cave must be an air pocket from the outside, because you are able to breathe and not get wet. Maybe some magic is involved, you wonder. Suddenly a flash gos by the front of the cave, then darts back the other way, it slows down in front of you, and you see a large horse like creature!

It I see you are awake. it says in a bass voice I found you in the water, or you found me. he shrugs and tells you how you slipped and fell into a hole in the water where the coral stopped, you had landed on him while he was sleeping and he moved you to a cave he knew. After apologizing emensly you ask who or what he is. My name is Ala'Lica I'm a Capriquine. he darts away for a minute, then comes back. I am a sea mammal, meaning I must surface for air once in a while. you nod and smile, he seems gentle enough.

Would you like to return to the beach? You are not far away from it. you nod happily and take a deep breath, you jump onto his back and he swims rapidly to the surface. The water is warm, but you feel heavy from it and the pressure. Soon you surface and can see the beach not far away. Ala'Lica drops you off and swims away with the flash of a tail. You wait a bit and dry off before going onwards. the path leads back into the forest, but you know you'll be back as you go on
