If you're thinking about joining the webring, read the rules first. If you don't follow the rules, you will not be added.

1. Your site must be related to Yukina. I may add Hiei sites if they have alot about Yukina in them.

2. As soon as you fill the form out, a code will be auto generated for you. You MUST place this code on the URL that you specify. If I can't find it on your site, I won't add you.

3.If you wish to alter the HTML code for the webring, go right ahead. Some people don't like having an image in the code. I won't stop you from changing it so long as there's a previous, next, and link to the main url of the ring.
