Our Son you will always be. Our eldest child and
first born. A dream come true and then you were taken away too soon. Oliver we love you and no words could describe how much or how far. Not a day goes by when we don't remember and think of you. We know that Jesus has you in his care and maybe you know how much we wish you were here, we won't know until we see you again. I often wonder what you are doing up there. Your eyes were as blue and never ending as the sea. That's one of the things I remember most when we held you after you were born. Such a handsome little boy. Had your Mums hair and nose but you were a chip off the old block and just like your Dad. Such a miracle. You held your Daddy's finger and squeezed it. Looking up into his eyes. They say little baby's can't see but you reached out beyond the world of reasoning. But then you have in so many ways. We are so thankful that you stayed around to say hello and that you are now happy. We are thankful that we were able to hold you in our arms and although your life was short, we were able to see you smile. Yes once again, babies don't smile but you were different and we have the pictures to prove it You have changed so many lives, especially ours, through your life, before, during and always after. That's what makes us smile. So much good that can come out of so much pain. I will forever hold our memories close. 8 months of having you in my tummy too. Kicking and squirming to the sound of our creed and U2 CD everyday to and from work. I don't know why you liked Creed so much. I guess it's in the genes! Blessed we are and will forever be to be your parents. Our precious baby, we love you to the ends of the Universe and beyond. See you at the pearly gates.

Love,

Your proud Mummy and Daddy
