"His lungs have been removed."
(The Doctor)

Plot:  Whilst searching a planet for dilithium crystals, Neelix is attacked by a mysterious alien and his lungs are removed. Back on the ship, the Doctor tries to find a way to save Neelix and creates a pair of holographic lungs for him. However, this means that he would never be able to leave Sickbay. In an effort to give Neelix his normal life back, the crew try to find the aliens responsible for stealing the lungs, a species who use the organs from others to help them to survive the deadly "phage". When Janeway decides not to hold the aliens captive, they decide to perform a lung transplant on Neelix by using one of Kes' lungs.

Guest cast:

Martha Hackett ("Seska")
Cully Fredricksen ("Dereth")
Steven Rappaport ("Motura")

Some trivia:

*
Cully Fredricksen also played a Vulcan in "Star Trek : First Contact".

Memorable scenes:

*
The scene where the Doctor adjusts Neelix's restraint is the funniest scene in this episode. The two characters are quite good together.

Some quotes:

"Don't worry. I'm not going to kiss you. I'm only adjusting the restraint."
"I'll try to contain my disappointment"

(The Doctor and Neelix)

My comments:  Overall, this episode was Ok but not great. The Vidiians are rather good aliens but the episode still drags a little in some parts and the "Neelix being jealous of Tom" thing will get more than a little annoying. However, the scenes between the Doctor and Neelix make up for any dull parts. Still, it's not that bad and is worth watching.
