1. You NEED to have a webpage! If I find a broken link,I will have to contact you,and I DON'T want to do that! Me contacting you means NO high ranking dragons for you!
2.Put the image up within a week,or else tell me why you can't. If it is not up within a week, the dragon will suicide between!
3.No neopets or expage! If you want a dragon, get a real webpage!
4.NO requesting colors!
5.Don't name your dragon.
6.Describe your weyr
7.No perfect characters!!!
8.To prove you have read the rules,ask me for a yellow dragon with red stripes in the comments section!!
9.No TyPiNg LiKe ThIs!
10.Thats it!
11.If you want to be in the upcoming pern RPG, No whites. Sorry,but Anne McAffrrey has asked that in Pern RPGs,there will be the origional 5 colors. No whites, silvers, reds, etc.
