Darkness settled upon the woods amidst steady chatter of five young men who had traveled the world around just to return to simple God loving land. Five celebrities sat simply around an orange fire and reflected upon the past few years of their lives. Five scared souls contemplated the fact that they were the only ones who understood each other. Slowly, five people understood how invaluable they were to one another ... never mind the impact they'd created upon the world.

"I'm not going to leave," Justin said softly as he chomped on a hot dog. "I could never do that."

"Will you fire your manager?" JC asked as he drew lines in the dirt with a stick.

Justin nodded surely as he reached for another soda. Lance lay on his back with his hands folded across his chest. The Codeine had eased his need for illegal drugs and a calm grazed over his soul. "I'm going to have to get some help," he admitted casting his gaze to the stars. "I need it."

Joey rubbed his calf reassuringly. "We're here for you. Whatever you want." Lance pulled his head up a bit and sighed thankfully. A weight had lifted from his spirit allowing his emotions to break through. "And I'm announcing my marriage," Joey added with a grin. "I'm going to scream it from the rooftops and let everyone know how in love I am.

JC tilted his head and smiled. "That's real good, Joe. Real good. You're a lucky guy."

Joey nodded in agreement. "I am. I guess I was too busy thinking about what I wasn't getting to enjoy what I am getting."

Chris rubbed his eyes tiredly. "Guys, I think we could use some therapy or something after this."

Lance chuckled gently. "That wouldn't be a bad idea. I mean for fuck's sake, Chris blackmailed Johnny. Fucking blackmail!"

Joey burst out laughing as Chris frowned. "Don't sweat it. I'm sure he'll forget it."

"And we'll help you out with money for now," Justin added as he sat down next to Chris. "No biggie."

"You'd do that for me?" Chris asked uneasily.

Lance winced as he pushed himself up. "Of course. We have more money than we need. All of us." He looked around at his four friends. "Guys, we have more than most. We have stresses and fucked up shit going on in our lives, but look at us!" He waved his hand around. "We've achieved all we set out to and more! We're N Sync."

JC rolled his eyes and chucked a napkin at Lance's head. "Cheese! Pure cheese!"

Lance swatted the napkin out of the air. "You get what I'm saying," he smiled. "We're brothers. We're blood. We've been though hell and back and we're still standing."

Justin sighed happily. "Then lets never let stupid personal things get between us again." He stuck his hand out in the middle of the circle.

"Agreed," Lance said placing his hand over Justin's.

"That's a promise," Joey smiled, placing his hand over Lance's.

JC moved closer and tucked his hand over Joey's and Chris sealed the deal with his own hand.

"Enough of this sappy bullshit," Chris laughed. "Let's find those girls and have us some fun!" He tossed a glance to Joey. "Platonic fun," he added helpfully.
