The hammock swayed gently beneath the weight of his body, lulling him into a very peaceful state. The full moon cast a particularly bright glow across the yard, and the cool summer evening breeze made his body shiver slightly. He pulled the downy comforter tighter around his nakedness and huddled down, closing his eyes. He honestly couldn't think of a more perfect evening, his mind tricking him into seeing things that couldn't be, things seen in the jaded light of lust. The sheer excitement of loosing his virginity put things into a false perspective, and the perfectness he thought he felt was really a disaster he didn't seem to be able to register. Gone was the cold hard fact that he'd just made love to his best friend's girlfriend. It was there, just hidden behind some hazy sense of reality. His eyes fluttered open, and he stared up at the stars, twinkling magically. He inhaled deeply, letting his mind replay the evening's events. Never mind the fact he'd consumed an good deal of alcohol, or the extacy she'd admitted to spiking his drinks with at the club. It was all about that incredible moment she'd taken his hand and lead him to heaven, and now, his unrealistic state of mind was prompting him to go find her for another ride. He never had to move, though, because suddenly, she was there, basking in the moonlight, her hair still disheveled, her cheeks still flushed. He gasped at her beauty, and without a second thought to himself, or for his friend, he opened his blanket, inviting her back into him. She accepted, greedily, because in her self drugged veiw, her boyfriend no longer mattered. She had taken a gift from this one, and was proud of that. The second time would be even sweeter, more delicious. He adored her now, and that's something she craved. Climbing ontop of his beautiful naked body, she guided him into her once again, moving herself slowly. She savored the desire in his crystal green eyes, and watched his once innocent face cloud over with the promise of ecstasy. And from the window, high above the deception happening below, a solitary tear slid down a heartbroken man's cheek as he watched with widened blue eyes the two people he loved most in the world consumate a facade in the hammock, which now swayed beneath the weight of two bodies joined in a travesty of trust. |
