Welcome to our Homepage, we are Wayne & Denise Grace the proud owners of Neises Shar-pei. We have owned Shar-pei for 9yrs and have been exhibiting for 7yrs and thoroughly enjoy doing so. Our very first Shar-pei came to us quite unexpected. Friends we knew in Canberra knew of a lady who had just bought a Shar-pei, at that time they were selling for over $5,000 . She offered us a pup but we were not in a financial position to afford that amount for a puppy, so i just laughed it off. Over the next 2yrs every time we went to Canberra the lady would talk to Wayne about his pup, i told him not to get too excited as nobody would give an almost complete stranger a $5,000 pup. About 6mths passed and to my complete surprise the phone rings and we are told to pick up our puppy, i said ok but wasn't that keen, Wayne on the other hand was totally beside himself, as he just absolutely loved the breed. Well let me say this, that after just 2wks of Polly being with us, i would have left the country if the breeder had wanted her back. Needless to say we have never looked back and i am just as passionate about the breed as Wayne. We have gone on to promote the breed in everyway possible and we are very proud to say that we have the only 2 Grand Champions in N.S.W. , there are only 6 in Australia as of the end of 2001. Out of the 5 Championship Specialty Shows, we have won 2 Best in Shows with Gr Ch Dahlet Minni Maus and Gr Ch Kungting Dandilion. We recieved Runner Up in Show With Neises Red Dyablo, and also won Best in Show with a dog that we bred, Ch Neises Black Samba who is owned by Victoria Carr. We feel that our show results speak for themselves. ( Good Dogs ) We would like to sincerely thank J.Wilkinson and J. Leung for breeding our 2 Grand Champion bitches.
