Chapter 8 ~You Better Get Ready ******* The next day Krissy and Liz were in the kitchen eating when the phone rang. Krissy got up to get it. "Hello?" she said. "uh...hi...is uh Liz there?" "Yes she is, hold on." She handed the phone to Liz. "Hello?" Liz said. "Hi babe, how's it going." "Hey AJ well everything's great." "Well that's good...anyway are we still on for today." "Yeah of course." "Okay how do I get to your house from the mall?" Liz told him the directions. "So is that to hard to find?" she asked. "Nope not at all and I guess if I get lost I'll call you." "Okay that's cool." "Alright I'll see you in an hour." "Bye AJ." She said hanging her phone up. "Who was that?" Krissy asked. "AJ he's coming to pick me up in a hour." "Really, well you better get ready." Krissy said giggling. "Good Point." Liz said putting her dishes in the sink and running upstairs to her room. ******* An Hour later the doorbell rang. "LIZ!!!" Krissy yelled from sitting on the couch downstairs. "KRISSY GET IT!" "OH ALRIGHT!" Krissy yelled walking to the door. "Who is it?" she called. "AJ!" "Okay." she said opening the door. "Hi...Krissy?" "Yeah I'm Krissy, come on in Liz is updatirs." she said walking back into the living room and sitting down on the couch and beogan watching TV again. Liz came walking down the stairs in a pair of blue jeans and a bright pink shirt on with her hair pulled into a loose pony-tail. "Well aren't you looking cute?" AJ said starring at her. "Thank You...OH yeah this is for you." she said handing him a box wrapped in blue paper. "What's this?" he said taking the box from her. "Well I told you I was going to get you something." "Awww I thought you were just teasing." "Well I wasn't... NOW open it." AJ ripped the paper off and opened the box to reveal a blue snake print hat and a pair of dark sunglasses. "OOH I like thank babe." he said giving her a kiss on the cheek. "Your Welcome..... AJ?" "Yeah?" "Isn't that Nick walking up the driveway?" "Yeah it is." "Why is he here?" "He came with me down here... he wanted to see Krissy and surprise." "Oh okay.... hey Nick." "Hey but shh I wanna surprise Krissy okay?" "Okay... Well we're leaving." "Bye." Nick said to her.
