- Maintain a Christ-like attitude to one another.
- Curfew: 11:00PM - Please be aware - due to the country noise ordinance, quiet hours in this area are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This means that we need to be QUIET!! after 10 PM. Each of the cabins has it's own bathrooms - there should be NO reason to leave your cabin (aside from a medical or safety emergency, of course) after curfew.
- Smoking, alcoholic beverages, drugs - these substances are not permited at any time (1 Corinthians 6:19-20).
- Abstain from all appearance of evil. - 2 Thes. 5:22. Absolutely NO guys entering girl's cabins or girls entering guy's cabins.
- Shirts & sweaters with worldly slogans/teams/etc. are NOT acceptable as they detract from the spiritual environment we are trying to maintain. (Be not conformed to this world... Rom. 12:2). Attire must be modest and appropriate i.e. no spaghetti straps, low cut tops, mini-skirts, exposed midriffs, tight fitting shirts etc. (1 Peter 3:3-4). Sisters should wear a headcovering to all classes. Formal dress is required for the Memorial meeting.
- No electronic equipment, such as CD players, discmen, walkmen, gameboys are allowed at the camp. Please leave these in your car or at home! Please do not play games on electronic equipment such as cellphones during meetings or classes.
- Be discreet, in all things showing yourself [as] a pattern of good works, having sound speech, that cannot be condemned (Titus 2:6-8). Help each other to develop a Godly mind by not talking about sport scores, music and suchlike that distract us from thinking about Godly things. (Exhort one another daily, while it is still called Today... Heb. 3:13)
- No-one is to leave the grounds without permission (Heb. 10:24-27). Camp Killoqua requests that we do not use the recreational equipment (such as the climbing wall or the canoes) or the waterfront unless expressly authorized to do so. Please inform us if you will be taking a hike during the afternoon free time, who wll be going with you, and for how long before leaving. After dark, everyone MUST stay in the area of the main buildings and cabins.
- The speed limit on the campside is 10 MPH. Cars must be parked in designated parking areas and not block roadways.
- Any damage or needed repair must be reported to the camp staff immediately. Do not alter any of the buildings or equipment. No timber, trees, shrubs or flowers should be cut, damaged or destroyed.
