For those who red this fiction many years ago - it never progressed past Chapter 15. The last chapter posted was in November of 2000. I re-read the fiction, feeling nostalgic, and decided I wanted to finish it. I don't know that I actually will finish it, but I'm certainly getting there. Also, I made no notes on what was supposed to happen in these later chapters, though I do remember some key scenes. |

A definition. Sumiyaka: A fast/slow attack used in Chapter 21. The user has to say two words to trigger the move, Subayai to start, and Darui to finish. When the starting word is said, it greatly increases the speed of the attacker, so much so that the attack does not register with the attackee until it's too late. Speed is increased by Ki phasing the attacker's body outside of the normal slip of time. The end word, Darui, is used to phase the attacker's body back to normal time. From the perspective of the attacker, the world stops as s/he can move freely, and from the perspective of the attackee - they don't see it coming. All words were translated from English to Japanese. Sumiyaka: Speed Subayai: Agile Darui: Sluggish. I used this online translator. |

Chapter 22 makes reference to the 'Kayameh' move. This is a move I created in my first fic, Mia, so please do not copy it. Anyways, the Kayameh move is where you 'steal' Ki from another person and use it yourself. Say, if someone else was forming a Ki ball, using the Kayameh, you would siphon off that energy towards whatever Ki attack you had planned. Also, I've also finally introduced Goten's son, Goden. This is a take on the Japanese word for 'Golden', which is 'Go-ruden'. I used the same online translator as before. |
