When we bought this boat it appeared all it needed was the floor replaced. The motor and out board was rebuilt not long ago. The boat came with all the material to finish the boat. all the wood, fiber glass and epoxy. all the seats and side panels have all been redone. I started looking at it and the air cleaner was left off and it got some stuff down the intake so I pulled off the head and seen that I needed to have the head redone. Well a 150.00 later for the head work and another 100.00 for the Gasket set the head was ready to go back on. The cylinders all looked ok so Thank goodness I didn't need to pull the motor. check out the next pages to see some pictures of what has been done so far. I will post more pictures as I go.
