| Sometimes we tend to forget when chatting! The avatars thou in most cases are sexy and smiling, behind each one is a person. A person with a heart, a life, real feelings. We all have a story. We all go to chat for various reasons, some for fun, others searching for a friend, lover, companion because we are lonely. Others just out for whomever will stimilate their hidden desires. Then click off, forget the name, who they really were, or what their life is all about. Until... they find themself short of someone's attention. Someone said "there are predators and victims in chat". I once did not understand that statement. We can all have fun, make friends, escape the normal routine of our life. No where does that mean we have to be phony, pretend, tell lies to get some superficial desires met, fulful some sort of demented game or portray to be something we are not. We just have to be honest in what we want. We dont have to victimize the ones truly seraching for a friend, lover, companinon, because they are lonely or in pain. We get what we put into life. When we use people's vulnerable side to gain some satisfaction or control, we only fulfill it for the moment. We accomplish nothing by hurting someone. Because when you do, you lose peoples trust and you lose your humanity. Just remember no love, desire, thrill or moment of laughter is worth the pain we cause when it is based on LIES! |
