The younger of two children, Aneesa is the product of an interracial marriage--her father is black and her mother is Jewish. A lesbian of mixed heritage, Aneesa is trying to find her place in the world and strives to be different. When challenged, Aneesa is determined, focused and strong. Described by friends as dynamic, loyal and intense, Aneesa has the personality and confidence to rise above difficult situations.
