OMDOLIA ATKASCHA

Previously the king, Omdolia died because of the Black Plague. His death lead to a dispute over who should rule the kingdom of Omdolia.

MARGE FUNERAL

Funeral is the high priest of the Murond Glabados Church. Consumed in his desire to bring the church above the throne, he abuses the powers of the zodiac stones and dies because of it.

ALGUS SADALFUS

Early in the game, Algus allies with Ramza. However, it does not take long for them to realize that their intentions clash. Algus is under Elmdor of Limberry, and turns against Ramza. At the end of chapter one, Ramza kills Algus at Fort Zeakden.

GAFF GAFGARION

A powerful dark knight, Gafgarion supports Ramza early on. He and Agrias seem like natural counterparts to aid you on your team, but it is soon found that Gafgarion is a mercenary of the Hokuten and cares nothing for the well-being of Ovelia.

AGRIAS OAKS

My personal favorite character, Agrias is a holy knight who loyally supports Ramza and Ovelia. She is a holy knight, making her extremely useful. She is a member of the Knights of the Atkascha Royal Family.

CIDOLFAS ORLANDU

Orlandu, commonly called T. G. Cid, is the all-powerful leader of the Nanten Knights. Clearly the strongest man in the world, he is a master of all swordskills. Unfortunately, Square forgot to program people to bow down in awe of his power.

OLAN DURAI

Olan, an astrologist, is the magician of the Nanten Knights and the foster son of Orlandu. He witnessed Delita's murder of Goltana, and was imprisoned to keep it a secret.

ZALMO RUSNADA

Zalmo is an elite member of the Glabados Church. You fight two battles with him, dealing with his powerful healing magic, before you kill him at Zeltennia. He's also notorious for crashing my Playstation.

SIMON PENRAKSHU

Introduced in the prologue, Simon is a devout member of the Glabados Church who resides at the Orbonne Monastery. He was killed by the Temple Knights because he had the Virgo zodiac stone.

BEOWULF KADMUS

Beowulf is the former leader of the Lionel Holy Knights. He is the fiancé of Reis, which angered Priest Buremonda.
