Home School Program

Monroe County Christian Academy is proud to announce our homeschool program to support the families in the area who have chosen to home school their children. The program will make extensive use of distance learning techniques, use the School of Tomorrow Pace curriculum, provide tutoring and a help desk, provide transcript and examination services, and graduation diplomas. The student should receive:
 

  • Enrollment in a recognized Academy.
  • Standardization curriculum.
  • Information through seminars W/O having to travel great distances.
  • Testing services.
  • Validation of home instruction.
  • Non-class room service and programs. (athletics, field trips, clubs, etc.)
  • Tutorial and specialization instruction.
  • Ability to move W/O changing schools.
  • Local, state, national, and worldwide enrollment without interrupting the educational process.
  • Transcript information and graduation diplomas.

    To be in the program,students should complete 6 PACES every 3 weeks and be tested and pass the material. The student should remain on the grade level they tested at and rise to the next level. Parental supervision is necessary. In the state of TN the parent must have a high school diploma or GED for their child to be eligible to homeschool.
