Channel assignments seems to vary from year to year, radios are most likely rented for Festival period only.
Older frequency lists show 151.665 & 151.715 be owned by Mid America Festivals, those licenses are no longer valid.
Operations channel - has security, first aid and management traffic. On site security are dress in costume and carry poles with a red flag on the tip.
In 2001 there also seemed to be non-costumed administrators with radios and clipboards.
