Maxie runs into Kyle at Kelly's and he apologizes to Maxie for the way he behaved to her before. She smiles, and considering giving him a second chance.

Georgie and Lucas try to convice Maxie that Kyle is a jerk and that he is only going to use her. However, Kyle shows up and finds out that he really did hurt Maxie's feelings bad. He pleads to her for forgiveness and invites her to his party.

Maxie goes to Kyle's party and has the time of her life. Lucas goes to see if it's true that Maxie really like Kyle. Maxie and Kyle start kissing and one thing leds to another. Maxie and Kyle go upstairs to Kyle's room as Lucas see them together, he runs out. In his room, Maxie tells him that she is starting to like him. Then they make love, with the webcam on.

May 12, 2003

Maxie wakes up next to Kyle. He asks her if she is going to be in trouble with her dad. She saids not to worry, that she can handle him. Back at home, she tells Georgie she slept with Kyle. However, Dillion finds out that Kyle and Maxie are on the internet having sex. He tells Maxie, and she is crushed. She confronts Kyle and gets all upset. Lucas attacks him, telling him to leave Maxie alone. Maxie defends Kyle, and tells Lucas that maybe Kyle really does like her. Mac comes and tells Lucas to leaves and tries to comfort Maxie.

May 16, 2003

Maxie meets Kyle in the park and tells him that she is not going to tell Mac his name and his friends. However, Kyle can't hide his feelings for her anymore and tells her the truth about the webcam. She starts crying and Kyle trys to tell her that he really does care about her. When Georgie shows up, she yells at him to leave her sister alone. Georgie and Maxie make a promise not to tell Mac about Kyle.

May 19, 2003

Dillion gives Maxie a fake ID so she can sneak into Carly's Club to see Kyle. When she gets there, Kyle is excited to see Maxie there. She promises him once again that she won't tell Mac about the internet thing. However, when Kyle gets them drinks, his sister Shannon tells Maxie that Kyle can do better than her. Maxie gets down, when Zach tries to cheer her up by giving her esctasy. She takes them but not knowing they are a bad patch. Maxie collaspes, while Kyle confronts Zach about giving Maxie drugs. Maxie goes to the hositpal and turns out okay.

May 20, 2003

Maxie stays in the hositpal as Courntey talks to her about where she got the drugs. Georgie tells Courtney, and Jason goes and looks for the two boys. Jason confronts the boys and tells them not to sell drugs in Sonny's territory or they would end up dead. Jason lets them go, and Kyle goes and visits Maxie at the hositpal.

May 28, 2003

Kyle asks Maxie to prom over the PA system and she saids yes. ( You can tell that Kyle is having real feelings for Maxie now) However, Lucas tries to tell Maxie that he is just using her again. During classes, Mac comes and tells Kyle to leave Maxie alone, and that he wasn't suppose to go near her at all or he would go to jail. After he leaves, Kyle tells Maxie that he is not going to take her to prom. Her heartbreaks one more time.
