Kyle finds Maxie at the Walk For Cancer at the park. She tells him she's sorry for not being able to go to the party because she didn't want to steal the drugs. Kyle said it was okay about the party but the only way they would get in is for her to steal the drugs. She finally agrees to steal the drugs. She goes to the hositpal and easily takes the drugs and goes back to the park. Kyle is so happy about Maxie getting the drugs he tries some. Then he asks her if she wants some. She gives in as they take the drugs together.

August 8, 2003

At the park, Kyle and Maxie are drugged and high off our pills. In Georgie's room, Maxie comes clean about stealing the drugs and wanting to party with Kyle. Georgie gets so mad when hearing she stole from the hositpal and freaks out to Dillion. Dillion and her look for the pills and then realize Kyle has the pills. Dillion leaves as Maxie and Georgie begin to yell. In the park, Dillion confronts Kyle and they end up fighting and during the fight Dillion gets the pills. Then he returns them to GH when Alan caughts him near the medicine. Meanwhile, Georgie yells at Maxie to get out of her room. Maxie then asks if she slept with Dillion and Georgie said yeah she did. After Maxie's big confession on how she feels about B.J's heart and her life she runs to Kelly's. There she kisses Kyle and tells him that she wants to make love to him whether it is wrong or right. Kyle worries about her by saying, " You sound like your heart has been broken." She makes a comment on how she doesn't have her that is died a long time ago!

August 13, 2003

Maxie and Kyle eat breaksfast as Kelly's as Maxie doesn't feel good. Kyle knows something is wrong and tries to find out what it is. Maxie tries to tell him that she needs to change and that being with him is an escape. She then runs to work at the hositpal.

At the hositpal, she mets Kate who is waiting for a heart transplant too. She opens up to her and talks about B.J's heart. Meanwhile, Kyle comes and overhears Maxie crying her speech. Later, Kyle comes up to her and said, " I heard what you said to that girl, and there's something you need to know. You have a beautiful heart just the way it is. You taught me something today. Maybe some people need to change, like me and Zach and the rest of my stupid crew, but not you. The world deserves you just the way you are. "

August 20, 2003

Maxie overhears Dillion and Georgie talking about sneaking into the cellar at the hositpal and comes up with her own plans. Later, she arrives at they are dancing and crashes their evening with Kyle and Zach.

Maxie and Kyle dance, they're just having fun when Kyle and Zach start getting high and then he offers Maxie but she turns him down by saying, " I don't need a pill to have fun." She smiles as they begin to dance again. Zach fulls around with the sound system which makes Dillion pissed. Zach knocks over a few glasses. Maxie and Georgie start fighting again until Alzcar's men come.

The teens are all on the ground with Alzcar's men holding him hostage in the cellar as they are about to burn the place down. Maxie and Kyle hold each others hands as the men threaten the kids. Dillion tries to convice the guys that they should really let them go. Zach freaks out, as Dillion tries to think on the spot. He then says, he works for Alzcar and that he is a very bad ass guy. Then he shows up behind Dillion. Alzcar then lets the kids go.
