Circles of Light Foundation
1. To co-operate with
the higher worlds for the manifestation of the divine Plan for the Earth and for the
creation of a planetary civilisation of light
a) By creating networks of light through which information and inspiration can be spread and ressources be allocated that will support in the manifestation of the Plan
b) By helping the star people in their awakening and carrying out of their assignments as part of the Plan for the Earth
c) By helping to create more just economic structures in the world and distribute the world's ressources for the benefit of all humanity, not just the rich and the powerful - nations or individuals
d) By spreading healing energies on the Earth and to people everywhere in co-operation with the angel hierarchy and the different light beings
e) By assisting in the development of the New World Religion
f) By providing a physical network of
light workers through which the light beings can incarnate their energies, plans and ideas
and work them out into physical manifestation
2. To inform humanity and the star people about the Plan for the Earth and the development
of an enlightened planetary civilisation
a) By spreading information from the Interplanetary Council and the Galactic Federation and other sources of inspiration about the Plan and visions for the Earth
b) By spreading information about current and future activities of the light ships and the work of different ET civilisations here on the planet, for instance the Sirians, the Pleiadians and those from Orion.
c) By maintaining communication between the light ships and the incarnated star people so their contact can be re-established and they can be supported in carrying out their assignments on the planet.
d) By informing about the past activities of the ETs on this planet - the mystery schools and the different societies that were created by space people and their role in the Earth's history
e) By informing about the
subtle energy structures of the Earth and how humanity and the other kingdoms of nature
interact with them
3. To build and maintain a
bridge of light between the incarnated star people and light workers on one side, and the
Hierarchy, the space people and the assisting planetary midwives on the other side through
which communication and co-ordination of activities can take place
4. To help its members in their spiritual growth and transformation so they will become better light workers and positive examples
