Rules
~
To adopt a dragon here, you need to promise to abide by the following rules. To do this, you must click on the r in rpg at the bottom of this page.
~

1. You must have a candidate persona to adopt here. No ifs, ands, or buts. No candi, no draggie.

2. You must not abandon a dragon for any reason. In the case of Internet failure, most libraries have Internet access, and you can send me an e-mail explaining the situation. If more than two weeks pass between the time that I send out a dragon stage and the time it is put up on the dragon's page, that dragon will go between and die.

3. Your website must be entirely child-safe. If I'd feel embarassed showing it to my Sunday School teacher, then it's probably not what the dragonets are looking for.

4. This is not to say that I won't accept candidates who prefer those of their own gender... how d'you think we get male greenriders? Just keep it clean, 'kay? And that goes for the rest of you, too. Clean.

5. You must take what you get, regardless of color. Green or gold, it doesn't matter. The important thing is that your candidate, out of who knows how many others, was chosen by a dragon. His dragon. And once the bond is made, 'tis irreversible... If you can't deal with this, don't send in a candidate. It's that easy.

I made this site out of a love of the Dragonriders of PernTM series by Anne McCaffrey. It is not an online RPG weyr, and I do not in any way make profit off of it. Pern and all aspects thereof belong to Anne McCaffrey, who I highly respect and admire. GO BUY HER BOOKS! All of 'em. Yes, even the ones that don't have dragons. They. Are. Good.
