Many aftermarket turbos are really bulky. Some are bulkier
than others. I own a TLP Turbo which is a tight squeeze under the body. This
can cause stress points to the body which may crack or break off in the long
run. Although the TLP Turbo is already quite slim and may fit other bodies
with no problems at all, my Honda S2000 posses the space problem. Here's
What I did to solve it completely.

Here is the location of my Turbo. It's located near the front where the chassis sandwiches the turbo to the body. |
I used a dremel tool and grinded away the plastic that came in contact with the Turbo.

The thinner plastic does not weaken the body stucture.
