2 lb hamburger 1 medium green pepper 1 medium red pepper 1/4 cup water 3/4 cup shredded colby cheese 11oz cam Nacho Cheese soup 5 oz can sliced black olives 8 oz jar salsa 3-8oz packages corn muffin mix
Cook hamburger, peppers and onions until brown. Stir in soup, olives, salsa and water. bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. prepare cornbread and place 1/2 of cornbread batter in a 13x9 in pan. Spoon Hot mixture over it. Carefully spread (spoon) the rest of the cornbread batter over the meat mix. bake at 350* until cornbread is done (1-11/2 hours) sprinkle with the colby cheese. |
