It was voted by the membership that:
- All future votes will be done in a "Silent Vote" fashion. When the membership is voting on something, each member will write "Yes" or "No" on a piece of paper, and drop it into a ballot box from where the ballots will be counted and announced.
- All members who show up for meetings regularly are considered "Active Members" and are eligible to vote on club matters. If a member should miss two (2) meetings, he/she will be considered "Inactive", and ineligible to vote.
- Cars voted into the "Midnighters" car club will fall under at least one of the following:
- Pre-1970 American cars lowered three inches (3") or to minimum legal frame clearances
- Pre-1970 American cars customized using traditional 1950's & '60's customizing techniques such as nosing, decking, tunneled headlights, different taillights than what was installed at the factory, grill changes, chopped top, sectioning, etc. "Mild or wild".
- Any hand-built custom vehicle deemed worthy or by a "Simple Majority" vote of the membership.
