Crafts for Crafty Witches!

I love to do crafts! And I have a few for you to do too. Here they are:

Felt and Velcro athame hider.
You'll need:
a square of felt.
thread
a needle
a strip of velcro (both sides)
hot glue
a hot glue gun

Fold the square of felt in half the hot dog way. Sew together one short end and one long end, leaving one end open. Take the hot glue gun and glue on one side of the velcro to the felt. Glue the other side to the bottom of a table or chair, or your altar. Put your athame in the felt rectangle and velcro it to your altar, and voila! no one will ever know where it is.

Home-made wand
You'll need:
A tree branch*
gemstones, crystals, or beads
thread or ribbon
any other special trimmings.

*Ask the tree's permission before taking the branch. Leave a present for the tree. The branch should be slender and from your elbow to your fingertip.

Shave the branch of it's bark. Glue a gemstone to the top. You can also glue gem chips onto the sides of the wand. Wrap it in siver or gold (or any color you want) thread. You can put beads on the thread or do anything you want.

Dream Pillow
You'll need
Two fabric squares
Batting
Rosemary.

Sew three sides of the fabric together. Push in the batting through the remaining opening and sprinkle in the rosemary. Sew up the remaining opening. You can cast many spells with a dream pillow.

Witches' Bottle
You'll need:
A clean bottle
Sharp things
Rosemary

This bottle is for protection. Stick all the sharp things you can find in the bottle (screws, nails, pins, needles, broken glass, razorblades etc. Say "Sharp things spear those who trouble me". This is kind of gross, but put some urine in the bottle, it only has to be a few drops. Say "Urine drowns those who trouble me". Then put in the rosemary. say "Rosemary cleanses the air of those who trouble me". You're done!
