1997.12 ~ 1999.09, I worked for Bridge Information Systems Canada Inc., (formerly Dow Jones Markets Canada Inc. On August 11, 1998, Dow Jones Markets Canada Inc. changed its name to Telerate Canada Inc.)
hired as Remote Support Team Leader and Intermediate Remote Support Technician.
1999.10 ~ Present, I worked for B-Line Technical Services Inc., (Bridge shut down its Canada service and out-source Field Service, Remote Support to this company.)
hired as Remote Support Team Technician.
