From May 1993 on, I began to design the software of "Management System of Scientific R&D Projects" for Science and Technology Development Department of BUAA in FoxBASE+ v2.10. I worked from making the system requirement analysis, designing the general structure, writing the requirement specifications, generating the database, analyzing the database and programming the software. After the system was finished I was also responsible for testing the system and training others to use it. The software was completed in December 1994. Our university authorities had assessed the management system; it got highly praised and was recommended to be used in other universities in Beijing.
