Prime MinisterSir Winston Churchill inspects a BMA guard during the UK/USA Summit of 1953. Behind him (in uniform) is the BMA Commander Major Brownlow Tucker, who had begun his service in the BVRC before serving with the Lincolnshire Regiment during the Second World War. When the BMA was amalgamated with the Bermuda Rifles in 1965, he became the first Commanding Officer of the new Bermuda Regiment.
