Saw Steve at the Tenacious D concert here last night in Portland. He was standing right behind me. I wasn't sure if it was him, it was really dark in the club, so I just went up and asked, sure enough it was him. I told him I liked him in Race the Sun
nd he started cracking up. Yeah I was being a smart ass, but he got a kick out of it, and you have to admit he did a good job of playing the bad German guy. He really cool and down to earth. After about ten songs I noticed he went back stage, and then

wow! you guys will NEVER belive me! steve zahn went to my high school. I'm dead serious. I was casted for this year's musical, and saw this article that teen ran aobout steve zahn pinned to the bulletin board. I asked about it and everybody was like,
"Duh? You didn't know he went to high school here? Herm [our director] worked with him in a ton of plays!" and from then on, i was hooked. it's kind of a hope, showing that maybe i can break out of suburban minnesota. so, yeah. steve wrocks!
